Please note that orders received BY NOON are delivered that day.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I order flowers for delivery out of town? Yes, we can deliver our arrangements to communities around Calgary, though the costs will vary with time & distance. For out of town orders, we have reciprocal arrangements with quality florists in other cities. We cannot, however, guarantee delivery times because they are out of our control.
• Should I order over the phone or online? Urgent floral orders, with tight deadlines, should be made by telephone so we can verbally confirm delivery times with you. Our web site is here for your convenience so you can order flowers any time of day or night.
• How fast are web orders processed? Web orders will be processed whenever they are received, and overnight orders are typically processed first thing the next business day. If you have not received a confirmation within a reasonable amount of time (say two hours, or by 10 am the next business day) please phone us, so we are aware an order was placed.
• Can I specify a Delivery Time? Our regular delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday with a Morning and Afternoon delivery. Our Morning service delivers the flowers between 10am and 1pm and the Afternoon service delivers the flowers between 2pm and 6pm.  We are able to provide a RUSH delivery service for in town orders, this costs $25 and the delivery will occur within a 2 hour window for the time the order has been received. This service is not available during peak holiday times.
